Our featured artist October 9 through November 6 is Aled Anaya.
We invite you to come and take a look at his amazing mixed media art pieces.
Aled Anaya was born in 1991 in Escondido, Ca. The son of Mexican Immigrants, from an early age he was influenced by the bold artwork of the Mexican Muralism movement and contemporary latin-american street art. He captures the influence of his culture within his works.
What makes Aled Anaya’s artwork so memorable is his ability to put a modern spin on his use of symbols and their detailed line work.
Aled currently creates murals in Southern California and is a 9-12th grade Graphic Arts teacher in Escondido.
