You play an essential role in our mission to create a collaborative environment where Southern California’s art and artists can prosper. As a 501 (c)(3) non-profit organization, the Escondido Arts Partnership relies on the generous support and contributions from of our donors, volunteers, and patrons to make extraordinary works of art, exhibitions, and workshops available and accessible to our local community of all ages and backgrounds at absolutely no cost.

There are many ways to give to the EAP, with many benefits and privileges available to you in thanks for your generosity. Support the EAP in the way that works best for you.

Volunteer

Open Me

Volunteers are the backbone of our organization and perform many important functions.

We offers a variety of opportunities:

  • Installing an exhibition.
  • Assisting as a gallery attendant during our Opening Receptions.
  • Prepping for the next upcoming exhibition through de-installing, labeling postcards, and passing our postcards out to local stores, cafes, and other organizations.
  • Helping us with fundraisers such as Panache, out annual Art Auction fundraiser, and the Recycled Materials Runway Event in October.
  • Running the Farmers’ Market Booth, and handing out information regarding the EAP and everything we do for our local community.

Any of the above can earn you credit for school or community service hours.

To be a volunteer at the EAP:

  1. You must be at least 16 years old.
  2. Fill out the Volunteer Form.

Membership

Membership with the EAP is a collaboration in providing a space for artists to explore, craft, and appreciate the arts in our local community through exhibition, arts education and programs.

  • Individual…$50
    Benefits: 20% off of submission and event rental fees, an admission in the annual “Members Only” Exhibition in July, and a section in the EAP Member Binder for artist statement, resume, and up to 3 photograph examples of artwork.
  • Family…*up to 4 members at the same mailing address $75 Same as Individual Benefits.
  • Student / Military…*with valid ID $25 Same as Individual benefits
  • Associate…$100
    Includes Individual benefits, a link to your website on the Escondido Arts Partnership’s website, and up to two e-blast announcements with access to our online mailing audience.
  • Professional…$250
    Includes Associate benefits, a hosted webpage on the Escondido Arts Partnership’s website including your artist’s statement, resume, and up to five images with two updates per year.

Aligning your company to support the Gallery, an exhibition, or a program at the EAP forges awareness of your business with our local and diverse patrons, supports important cultural ingenuities, and provides various opportunities for client and employee engagement.

Each sponsorship alliance is tailored for your business needs.

  • Friends…$300-$500
    You will be known as a sponsor of local arts and culture with your chosen link listed on our website under our “Sponsor” page.
  • Benefactors…$500 – $1000
    Includes “Friends” benefits, sponsoring a preferred exhibition, a year-long promotion on our donor wall in the Gallery, and 2 tickets to our annual collectors auction event, “Panache.”
  • Executive Directors Circle…$1000 – $5000
    Includes “Benefactor” benefits, personal consultation in “Corporate and Personal Art Collecting,” your logo and link in all web and print based promotion, 4 tickets to our annual collectors auction event “Panache.”
  • Art Champions…$5000 – $10,000
    Includes “Executive Director Circle,” an interior gallery space named for your business with acknowledgement all year long, and recognized as the corporate sponsor and VIP at all events.

    Includes “Art Champions,” your business logo highlighted on the side of building along Juniper St. and Grand Ave.
